BioI am a computer programmer, a mom of three boys and a very happy person. I love my job, love my family - hate my weight. I am a very busy person with my job and kids , and never have time just for myself.
The reason for this journal is document my journey to a better me one day at a time, to find time for myself.
I am commited to write in this journal everyday with my success or failure. I will moan and bitch on the bad days and be exited with the positive change.
